We work closely with projects and organizations in Europe and the United States to encourage sustainable farming. In Europe, OCI Nitrogen works with the Dutch foundation Veldleeuwerik (Skylark Foundation), the French Institute for Sustainable Agriculture (IAD), Innovatiefonds voor telers (Dutch Innovation Fund for Farmers), Fertilizers Europe, and Responsible Care.
In the United States, we are members of The Fertilizer Institute (TFI), which spearheaded the 4R Nutrient Stewardship program. Through the TFI, we support the program’s aim to encourage the global implementation of a cropping system that offers enhanced environmental protection, increased production, increased farmer profitability, and improved sustainability.
